BREATHING TIMER

Welcome to the Breathing Timer section

Use this interactive tool to customize your breathwork sessions to fit your specific needs. Here, you can set precise times for each phase of your breathing: inhalation, hold (after inhaling), exhalation, and hold (after exhaling). Simply adjust the sliders to your desired time intervals and start your session.

Important Note:Ā Do not force the timings. We recommend starting with 3 seconds and gradually increasing the duration as you become more comfortable with the practice. The more frequently you practice, the better the results you will achieve.
